We inform you of the current service status and update plan of NetMiner Extension. 

SNS Data Collector and Biblio Data Collector collects data using API(Application Programming Interface) provided by data providers.

If data provider company change their policy, all or part of our service could be suspended or terminated. 

So, we would like to inform the current service status as following. 

And Extension will regularly be updated to keep up with your needs every 3 months.

1) SNS Data Collector - Latest update: 4 May. 2022

- Twitter: Not working properly due to the change of Twitter API policy. (when clicking 'get authorization', the program will be terminated) 

> End of Service due to paywall and data collection restrictions (8 March, 2024, KST)

- YouTube: OK

- Instagram: Not working properly due to the change of Instagram policy (issue: when clicking 'related term', the program will be terminated) 

> End of Service due to paywall and data policy change (21 February, 2024, KST)

- Facebook: This app is temporarily deactivated. Meta regularly reviews all applications that use Facebook API and we're trying to complete app review as soon as possible.  

* Your own fan page is needed to collect other fanpages with Facebook API

2) Biblio Data Collector - Latest update: 20 September. 2024

- Spring: OK

- KCI: OK

- Bibliographic Data File (*.ris, *.ciw) Import Function Operational Status

- SCOPUS: Currently unavailable due to metadata structure changes

- Other academic bibliographic information service: OK

* Some columns may not be imported due to changes in the metadata structure of the academic bibliographic information service agent.
