The license issuance process is fast and convenient. Immediately after purchasing NetMiner, your license is automatically issued and ready to use.
*Name change

• The name of the Standard plan has been changed to Pro plan.
• Commercial (Institutional/Enterprise) license has been renamed to Standard Status.

Check and upgrade your license

You can upgrade the license specification registered in your membership information from My Page. Click the Upgrade button on the My Page >> License menu.

• Target: Purchasers after November 6, 2023 (KST)
• For existing members and those who have not registered a license in their member information, please use the 'My Page>> License>> Contact Us' menu or contact netminer@cyram.com to upgrade

Status certification for Educational plans

Customers who wish to purchase Student status, Academic status, and Coursework* licenses must complete status certification (student and institutional instructor certifications). Once you complete your status certification, it will be valid for a period of time.  
Please complete Status certification through the My Page >> Status menu.

* Name change: The former Free Educational License has been changed to Coursework (a free license for lecture/classroom use).
