We regret to inform you that due to changes in the data policies (paywall and data collection restrictions) of Meta (Facebook) and X (Twitter),

the Facebook Data Collector and Twitter Data Collector services provided by SNS Data Collector will be discontinued.

Because of terminating the Facebook Data Collector and Twitter Data Collector services, only the YouTube Data Collector will remain available.

※ Starting from March 2024, if you install SNS Data Collector, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter Data Collectors will be excluded.
To ensure a smooth transition and retain your previously collected Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter data,
we recommend saving them to NetMiner using the 'Import into NetMiner' feature in advance.
