Due to frequent changes in the data policy and restrictions of the Instagram service, Instagram Data Collector will be discontinued.

Please note that a new installation package for the SNS Data Collector, excluding the Instagram Data Collector, will be released in mid-February.

※ If you plan to install the new SNS Data Collector, please be aware that the Instagram Collector will no longer be included.

Prior to installing the new SNS Data Collector, we recommend importing any previously collected data into NetMiner using the "Import into NetMiner" feature.
