If you have renewed your license or upgraded your plan, your old license key is no longer valid. 

You will need to re-register your new license key with Netminer after your renewal/plan upgrade. 

Please follow the steps below to register your license key. 

1. Check your newly issued license key

- My Page >> License >> Click the Product ID of your newly issued license >> Download license key or copy the key from the license details page

2. Run NetMiner

1) Click the top menu: Help >> registration 

2) Enter the license key copied in 1. and click the registration button
