In the My Page >> Status menu of the NetMiner website, the identity of the academic institution is verified through the student ID and other image files that can prove enrollment/employment that the customer has uploaded. 

Therefore, evidence must include the following information:

- name

- school

- School email address

- Expiration date (the date on which the current academic institution can be confirmed)
