If your license was expired, purchase NetMiner 4 again for further use. 

You can find your license expire date in Help -> About NetMiner 4 menu or on the NetMiner website My Page >> License.

Users of the 1-year plan can renew the license usage period 60 days before the expiration date. 

To renew the license usage period, use the Upgrade menu of the corresponding license in the My Page >> License menu on the NetMiner website.
